Return Details
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day our shipping provider delivers the item to you.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with its original tags attached. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by clicking the "Withdraw contract" button located at the bottom of the homepage and completing the form. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Please keep a proof of posting for your return shipment. A receipt for the purchase of postage stamps is unfortunately not sufficient in case the parcel is lost during transit. In the event of loss, you must be able to provide a tracking number to prove that you sent the return to us.
For partial returns that cause the minimum order value for free shipping to fall below the required amount, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs retrospectively.
Received the wrong or faulty item?
If the fault lies with us, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. Please send us your invoice and a photo clearly showing the issue via email along with a brief explanation of your concern. We will review your request within 2 working days. If the outcome is positive, you will receive a return shipping label and/or a replacement product from us.
Exchanges
Returning the received item is the quickest way to get the item you want. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (including delivery costs in the event of withdrawal from the entire order) to your original payment method within 10 business days. No fees will be charged for the repayment. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via email.
